1. Bespoke & Custom Orders

  1. • The Guduli Method: Every garment is handcrafted to the measurements provided or taken at the time of order.
  2. • Changes: Once the fabric is cut and the "masters" have begun production, design or measurement changes may incur additional costs.

2. Payments & Credits

  1. • Booking: A minimum deposit (e.g., 50%) is required to start any bespoke project.
  2. • Overpayments: Any extra amount paid will be kept as a Guduli Credit on your account and can be used for future purchases within [e.g., 12 months]. We do not offer cash refunds for overpayments.

3. Fitting & Alterations

  1. • The Perfect Fit: We provide two complimentary fitting sessions for every bespoke outfit.
  2. • Post-Delivery: Any alteration requests made after 7 days of delivery may be subject to a service fee.

4. Delivery Timeline

  1. • While we strive for the "Architecture of the Perfect Fit," handcrafting takes time. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order, but may vary slightly based on the complexity of the design.

5. Returns & Refunds

  1. • Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke garments. We are, however, committed to ensuring the fit is perfect through our alteration process.
